What happens when you cancel your holiday and Do you get refund? |
| If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking this must be done in writing. We recommend that letters are sent by recorded delivery post. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your letter. |

Cancellation charges will be calculated as below:

* Notification received 60 days or more prior to travel: Loss of administrative costs and bank charges applied for the refund. |

* Notification received 43-59 days prior to travel: 25% of total holiday price charged. |
|
* Notification received 29-42 days prior to travel: 50% of total holiday price charged. |
|
* Notification received 22-28 days prior to travel: 75% of total holiday price charged. |
|
* Notification less than 21 days prior to travel: 100% of total holiday price charged. |
